Availability
All the bags and accessories in my shop have been handmade by me in my studio in Cornwall, UK. Stock availability is shown and numbers are limited – some items are unique so don’t miss out! That said, I often have more stock including other styles and colours which I can access but which is currently allocated to my physical sales outlets. Gift sets are available for many products and any item can be sent directly to a recipient. Please do get in touch if you don’t see what you need or want something special and I’ll do my best to help.
Provenance
All of my Harris Tweed® is sourced directly from weavers in the Outer Hebrides. I am a registered producer with the Harris Tweed Authority and I label my Harris Tweed products in compliance with their requirements so that you know it’s genuine. Most importantly, my work displays the Harris Tweed Orb of Authenticity label.
Returns
I am confident that you’ll love your purchase but if you are not delighted for any reason you can return any item for a refund (terms apply). No refunds will be given on bespoke commissions.
Shipping
I usually despatch next working day after receiving payment. Your purchase will be packed carefully using sustainable materials as far as possible. I use Royal Mail 1st Class service (and will use ‘Signed for’ in the case of higher value shipments). There is no charge for shipping on orders over £50 total, or for items where free shipping has been offered as a promotion. I am happy to despatch by expedited mail (Special Delivery, 24 or 48 Hour Tracked) but please contact me as additional costs will be incurred.
I am only listing shipping costs within the UK at present although I hope that this will change in future. In the meantime if you see something you like and need it to be shipped outside of the UK please get in touch using the contact form and I’ll get you a shipping cost quotation.
